From my off-base assignment in Davao City, I dropped by Cagayan de Oro City intentionally to join Fadi and his wife Nhor for a photowalk. In the evening, I was honored with an invitation for dinner by the Quitos Family. In green is the patriarch, Atty Ronald Quitos; more popularly known as Sir Dodong to friends. Also invited were other OPSians like VP Jeff and sweetheart Honey, and Fadi minus Nhor. Apparently Nhor got tired of the photowalk we had at Bulua.
Jenny and Carsten of La Vetta also came over. In this photo, Fadi is giving a demonstration and some tutorial lectures on CS3 Fundamentals. This was about vignetting and vanishing points. Rene, the physician nephew of Sir Dodong is also in the photo.
We are attentively listening to Fadi's lectures. He also taught us how to upgrade Flickr settings. It was really good and convenient.
Earl likewise, gave another tutorials on HDR, but OMG, I can not easily absorb it, maybe on the next session..
Oh, and here is Sir Dodong, showing some settings on his Canon 5D Mark II. Whoah... there is a Nikon spy on the background.. hahaha
I think Carsten liked the camera. Sir Dodong said jokingly, you can have that for 2 cups of coffee at La Vetta's. Fadi butted in, oh I can give you 5 cups for it.
At almost 2 o'clock AM, everyone seems to be sleepy. Time to dismiss. Many thanks to Sir Dodong and his family, likewise to everyone in the OPS or the ORO Photography Society.
